3. User Registration
- Users must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
- Users must complete registration via email verification
- Users must be qualified investors
- Each email address may register only one account
- User accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared
4. User Obligations
- Properly safeguard account and password; losses due to disclosure are the user's responsibility
- Do not post false, misleading, or illegal information
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Association's website
- Do not access others' data or systems without authorization
- Do not use the Association's services for illegal purposes
5. Investment Interest Management
- Users may submit investment interests in sectors of interest after logging in
- Investment interests include intended amount, investment period, notes, etc.
- Investment interests are for internal reference only and do not constitute formal investment offers
- Front-end name display uses masking (e.g., "Liu * Han, Ms.")
- Only Association administrators can view complete user information in the backend
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Association's website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is copyrighted by the Association
- Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or commercial use is prohibited
- Copyright of investment interests posted by users belongs to the users
7. Disclaimer
- The Association makes no guarantees regarding investment returns
- Information on the Association's website is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice
- The Association is not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to force majeure
- Users should independently assess investment risks and make their own investment decisions
8. Service Changes and Termination
- The Association may modify or terminate some or all services at any time
- Users may apply for account cancellation at any time
- The Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms
9. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
- Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission
10. Terms Modification
The Association reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms become effective upon publication on the website.
